Welcome to KFC Chakwal Delivery. By placing an order through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Delivery Service

KFC Chakwal Delivery is an independent food delivery service. We pick up food orders from KFC Kallar Kahar and deliver them to customers in Chakwal City.

We are not an official KFC partner, franchise, representative, or affiliated entity, and we have no official affiliation with KFC Pakistan or KFC International.

2. Prices, Orders & Payments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, contact information, and delivery address.

The prices displayed on our website may be higher than the prices available at KFC Kallar Kahar. This difference covers the costs of our independent ordering service, including order coordination, communication, packaging or handling, and other operational expenses.

In addition to the prices shown for the food items, a separate delivery charge of Rs. 250 will be added to every order. This delivery charge covers the cost of bringing your order from Kallar Kahar to Chakwal City, including fuel, driver time, travel, and related delivery expenses.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the prices shown on our website, along with the additional Rs. 250 delivery charge, before confirming your order. Our service is provided for the convenience of customers who do not have an easy or affordable way to travel to Kallar Kahar themselves.

All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes and service-related costs unless stated otherwise. The separate Rs. 250 delivery charge will be clearly added to the order total before confirmation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the order details and total amount before confirmation. Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it may not be cancelled.

3. Delivery

We provide delivery within our designated delivery area in Chakwal City.

Delivery is available daily between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, restaurant preparation time, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Because orders are collected from Kallar Kahar, delivery may take longer than a local restaurant delivery. We appreciate your patience while we arrange and complete your order.

4. Food Quality & Responsibility

Food is purchased directly from KFC Kallar Kahar and delivered to the customer. We do not prepare or manufacture the food ourselves.

Any concerns regarding food quality, missing items, or incorrect items should be reported to us immediately after delivery so we can assist with the matter.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, all orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds are only considered in verified cases such as an incorrect or missing order and are subject to review and approval. Any approved refund will be limited to the affected item or amount, where applicable. The Rs. 250 delivery charge is generally non-refundable once the order has been dispatched or delivered.
